Client feedback

What buying teams notice after repeated orders.

We pay close attention to how loads actually look when buyers open them, not just when they leave the yard.

“Lots arrive with the grade and mix we agreed on. We rarely find surprises when we open a crate, and that is why we reorder.”

About

Produce from Surwadi, shaped for wholesale buyers.

From A/P Surwadi in Tal Phaltan, we work closely with farms and nearby markets to assemble produce that fits wholesale and export requirements.

NIMBALKAR BROTHERS EXPORTS began with a simple observation: the same field can produce very different buyer experiences depending on how produce is graded, packed, and handed over. Our work focuses on these in-between steps – the parts that happen after harvest and before the truck leaves.

We spend time in fields, at loading points, and with buyers, learning what “good” looks like from each side. This has helped us build processes where farmers feel their produce is respected, and buyers feel their standards are understood.

  • Close connection with farms and local markets around Satara district.
  • Clear, practical grading that aligns with how buyers actually purchase.
  • Focus on reliability across seasons, not just peak periods.
  • Open communication about availability, quality shifts, and timing.
